  Worst banking experience due to management. I went to this particular Regions bank today simply to pay a bill. When i got there cars were lined up by about 5-7 in each row so i decided to go inside. It took more than 30 minutes to get to the front to pay my bill. They literally had one inside teller, and one outside teller, on Labor day weekend. As i moved up the line i looked back and saw that the line stretched to the outside door and customers were getting impatient. I assume this is the way the outside car lines were as well. I can understand it being a busy day due to circumstances. I can't understand they only having 2 total tellers (1 inside, and one outside teller) on a day such as this, other than poor management. This was wrong for both the employees (whom i feel sorry for), and the customers. At other Regions bank locations i have had a good experience. This one i would rather never go back.

  Hate the fact that they will charge you monthly interest fee even if you didn't have enough money for 1 day.. I mean 1 day...Seriously??!!! it was 1 day come on people. you are literally pushing away your customers.

  UPDATE: I HAVE BEEN ACCOSTED IN PUBLIC BY THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS FOR LEAVING A NEGATIVE REVIEW Avoid renting with these people at all costs. They will not perform repairs as needed, they do not ensure that proper maintenance has occurred on their properties, and become hostile at the first sign of pushback. They allowed a leak to persist in my roof for nearly three months before having it fixed, refused to treat a bedbug infestation in my building, and have yet to repair my water heater after a month. No matter what they're charging you, it's too high. Seriously, rent with literally anyone else in Troy. Rental: Elmwood Apartments, 543 Elm Street

  I'm not sure what kind of hell-on-earth the other reviewer experienced, but I've had a great experience here. The apartment I rented wasn't in great shape, but you do get what you pay for. Anytime there was a problem (be it a leak or a faulty circuit) my realtor was quick to respond. And had someone out to repair it within 3-5 business days, and the next morning if it was an emergency. I am moving out of my current residence, but will definitely rent from Landmark again.
